Who is who

Marten is managing director of Poedercoating Hoogeveen and Verzinkerij Kampen. Both companies work together intensively, for example on the Duplex system (www.duplexroute.nl). You will often find Marten on the shop floor, but he also has regular contacts with our clients and suppliers. He likes an informal atmosphere at work and believes that humour has a part to play. "Working as a team on a great quality product and good service: that's our strength!"

Wouter is the commercial manager of Verzinkerij Kampen and Poedercoating Hoogeveen. He strives for a good relationship with the client based on mutual trust. He will do his utmost to provide the client with adequate made to measure advice. His ambition: “Making a durable contribution to the client’s success through cooperation.”

Margreet, a jack of all trades, has been working at Verzinkerij Kampen since 1995. Margreet is a hard worker and a real all-rounder. She is always ready to help you. Your request will be handled accurately and processed into an excellent customised offer. She sets great store by her motto: "A deal is a deal!"

Eric has worked for Poedercoating Hoogeveen since 1991. He is now responsible for the day to day running of the company in Hoogeveen. Eric manages the employees and takes care of their education to ensure the company performs on the highest level and to guarantee the Qualicoat certificate. As Eric says: "Our clients can count on us; we provide service through to the building site if necessary."

Henk is responsible for planning production and transport. He knows the company inside-out. "Keeping everybody happy is an art, but that's also the challenge, and that's what makes the job so enjoyable."

Harold is responsible for all the financial paperwork. He makes sure that the accounts receivable and the account payable are managed correctly and consistently. In addition to his broad administrative know-how, Harold knows quite a bit about the galvanising process, which makes him a very useful person to talk to. Harold may be conscientious to a fault, but he also likes the occasional joke.

Pascale Duinkerken, Erna Scholte ter Horst, Jenny Stoefzand and Caroline ten Hoorn are the administration team at Poedercoating Hoogeveen. They also man the phones and answer clients' questions. They know the clients and what they want. The four of them are responsible for the entire accounting system and they make sure everything runs smoothly.
